For over two decades, Pressley Construction & Development, Inc. has been more than just a general contractor; it has been a cornerstone of the Buncombe County community, helping families realize their dreams. Founded in 1996 by a military veteran, our journey from dedicated exterior remodeling to becoming a premier custom home builder is built on a steadfast commitment to integrity, unparalleled quality, and a truly personal client experience. This is our story – one rooted in hard work, family values, and an enduring passion for crafting exceptional homes.
From Humble Beginnings to Custom Creations
Our story began with a clear vision and a strong work ethic, instilled by a military veteran founder in 1996. What started as a focused endeavor in exterior remodeling quickly gained a reputation for meticulous craftsmanship and reliability. This solid foundation allowed for natural growth and evolution. As client needs diversified and our expertise deepened, the desire to offer a more comprehensive and personalized building experience became evident, leading us to expand into custom home construction. This evolution wasn't just about expanding services; it was about elevating our commitment to clients, offering them the opportunity to build the home they've always envisioned from the ground up.
A Legacy Forged in Family Values
At the heart of every project lies a dedicated, multigenerational family team, ensuring that our core values are woven into every aspect of our work. This family-owned structure means that clients aren't just working with a company; they're partnering with individuals who genuinely care about their vision and the success of their project. We believe that a deeply personal, reliable, and expertly managed building experience begins with trust, transparency, and consistent communication. This approach allows us to not only meet but often exceed expectations, delivering custom homes that reflect both our craftsmanship and our clients' unique lifestyles.
